Publix takes their customer service seriously. I guess I never really knew what GREAT customer service was until I shopped that store. Now I hold everyone to those high standards. (Not good for every store out there.)
As you can probably guess, I know a lot of the people at Publix from the produce department employees to upper management. They all seem to have a personal interest in the customers and making sure that your Publix experience is all that it is suppose to be–a PLEASURE. They truly WANT to know what you think of Publix. They WANT to hear your suggestions.
This Thursday night(4 p.m.-7 p.m.) Publix is inviting you to meet their managers. I encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity. PLUS, they will be giving away some FREE product coupons(for good stuff).
Confirm times at your locations as each area may be different. Thursday night, 4 p.m.-7 p.m. is for the Publix stores in Fairhope, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. I did confirm those locations.

Ahh sooo wish I could go but my son has a baseball game and he pitches! There is no way I can make it!! Dang

I was @ University store & 1 of the mngr type guys saw me looking around for the sold out Sorrento Sticksters and inquired if he could help. He saw my coupons & asked what site I go to & before I could get the answer out…he asked if I was familair with the BB! He USED to be @ the Fairhope store!!! You’re famous!!
You will want to call that store. You met one of my Publix friends it sounds like!
The checkout lady at the Gulf Shores Publix asked me last week if I had taken your class. I told her no, I just read your blog.
Then she told the lady in line behind me “you will need to just be patient for a minute” and “you are going to be sick when you hear her total”
